Nymora launched in June 2026. That means you won't find walls of five-star reviews or famous company logos here: we don't have them, and we don't make them up.
What we do have is a clear way of working. GDPR-compliant European infrastructure, pricing with no tricks, migration done by us, and support that puts you through to a real person. If a long track record matters more to you than transparent practice, we'll be honest: maybe we're not your fit yet.

The infra is the part most agencies outsource to third parties. Not us: we run it, and we explain it to you. It runs on a European datacenter in France (OVHcloud), GDPR-compliant, and we tell you straight — always separating what is verifiable (the facility) from what is a service promise of ours.

Servers and backups run on a European datacenter in France (OVHcloud), GDPR-compliant, with redundant power and cooling. We tell you straight: the infrastructure is in the EU, not in Switzerland. Behind it, though, is a real Swiss company, OtakuWorld.ch Sagl, based in Mendrisio.

Compliance and data protection
The data resides in the EU (France) under the GDPR. Nymora, as a Swiss company, also handles data in accordance with the Swiss data protection law (nLPD/revDSG, in force since 1 September 2023). The data is yours and stays yours.

Datacenter certifications
The datacenter we use (OVHcloud, France) is ISO 27001 certified by the provider. We say it as it is: it's a certification of the European facility, not ours — Nymora is newly born and doesn't claim titles it doesn't have.

Our SLA is a contractual commitment, not a historical statistic: we launched in June 2026 and don't yet have years of uptime to show. If we miss the target, we handle it under the terms of service — no small print that empties it of meaning.
