Frequently asked questions

• Do you only build the site, or also get it found?

  Both. Nymora is an agency: we build your site or e-commerce and then do marketing and SEO so people actually reach it — Google, Ads, social, content. And since that site has to run somewhere, we add hosting and a domain too. One point of contact for the whole chain.

• Do I have to take hosting and the domain from you too?

  No. We offer hosting, VPS and domains because it's convenient to have everything under one roof and a single invoice, but you can also keep your current providers: we'll work on top of them all the same. If you do move them to us, we handle the migration.

• Where is my data physically located?

  In a European datacenter, in France (OVHcloud), GDPR-compliant. Nymora is a Swiss agency (OtakuWorld.ch Sagl, Mendrisio) — based here, billing in CHF and support here in Switzerland — but the physical servers are in Europe, not in Switzerland, and we tell you straight instead of glossing over it.

• You've just started. Why should I trust you?

  Fair question. Nymora launched in June 2026, so we don't have ten years of reviews to show you. What we can offer is transparency about how we work, a trial period to put us to the test, and the freedom to leave whenever you want, taking your data with you. We'd rather tell you ourselves than let you find out.

• What happens if I want to switch host later on?

  Your data is yours. We give you complete backups and help you export everything. No contractual lock-in keeping you prisoner, no penalty for leaving.

• What does it really cost? Any surprises at renewal?

  The list price is the renewal price. We don't use first-year promos that then double. SSL, backups and support are included in the price, not extras that pop up on your invoice.

• What language is support in?

  In Italian, written by people who know the infrastructure. For now we handle support in Italian; German, French and English will come as we grow.
